Making an appointment with Second Opinion Clinic is easy. Our four simple steps ensure seamless and convenient process. Whether scheduling appointment or seeking advice, our concierge nurse makes it quick and easy to get the help that you need. We strive to make your appointment as convenient and fuss-free as possible. Patient experience is our priority.
Request Your Appointment
Fill up the Patient registration form with your contact details, specifying the required services, and providing details about your medical diagnosis.
For medical report request, please be reminded to upload your existing investigation report in the patient registration form.
Our concierge nurse will review your registration form and contact you within the next 2-3 working days to send in your medical results. Examples: X-ray, CT scan, MRI, blood test, histology report.
We will assign the most appropriate specialist in our panel and make appointment at your convenience.
Make secure payment by credit card (Stripe) or PayNow to confirm your appointment before the consultation.
For medical report request, it will be ready for collection 5-7 working days after payment is done.
